Both paint and interior looks like another car. I have heard the carpet in the 3 is a PITA to clean, but you got it looking good again.

hate that kinda carpet

NICE WORK!

thanks guys! That carpet is a huge PITA!! Almost as bad as VW. The problem I have as a part time detailer is I take way too long especialy on interior job.

WOW looks GREAT! How do ya put those stripes on the carpets?
after the mats have been cleaned I take the LGM and do one more pass in opposite directions to make the stripe effect

did you use the woolite/303 on the hard plastic on the dash? i have a mz3 myself and (before i found this site) i tried some armorall on it..big mistake. any advice on detailing it? all im doing now is using a cali duster on it and on the soft rubber a damp mf towel on the dirty spots. im scared to put anything on the hard plastic parts. like the top of the dash over the gauges and glove box that area

Yeah I would avoid using armorall on the mazda 3 interior. What I do do is first clean the area with the woolite mix getting rid of dirt dust and debris. After that I treat one section at a time with 303 and the trick is to wipe down with one MF towel and buff the area dry with another MF towel it will help avoid spots and runs. The guages are a bit of a pain but I use a small screw driver wrapped in a MF towel and clean the area carefully.

Another note note sure if you have cloth seats or not but the red brush type of delinters work great on getting the crap off the material.

Poor Mazda3, the way it was treated, now it's a truly a Mazda3! Looks great and awesome job on the interior!:up
