Yesterday I did my mom's '03 Lexus ES300. The pictures were taken with a Nikon D70, but didn't come out the best, they really don't really do the car justice. Anyway, the process was:

I did my mom's ES300 today too! Was it a mother's day gift of some sort? It took me 1.5 hours to clay the paint...it's an Alabaster Mettalic and had loads of tar, sap and bug crap to remove. I'll post pictures later...Great job on the black!

No, not black. Its called Black Garnet Pearl Metallic which sounds deceiving. It's more like a purple with red flake. Thanks for the compliments.

Nice detail work...Did you miss that spot on the drivers mat or is that a burn?
