I met this customer by helping my uncle do some electrical work at his house.. This car is kept garaged and only taken out in the sun (which is rare around here in the PNW). Anyway I was talkin to him about his car and he told me that he gets it detailed regularly, but is never very happy about the detail. He takes this car to a high volume shop that basically just washes and adds a wax. He told me that he left it with them for 3 days and he was never satisfied. He said it wasn't wet enough. Well getting his trust in letting me work on his car was a little dificult, but I believe I earned it now. While I worked on his car he had eleventeen people come and take a look at what I was doing, including his neighbors and friends and I got to talkin to a lot of them and 90% of them seemed interested and even asked if I could take a look at their cars! Take a look.
