First..... My most HUMBLE apologies and regrets for the CELL-PHONE pictures!

For the first time in many years, I forgot my camera when I did this mobile detail!!!!:cursing::banghead::cursing::banghead:

A guy called me in the middle of this frame-on restoration of his black '70 Chevelle SS 454.

This was for paint polishing only (car was painted about one month ago, so the clearcoat was still fairly soft).

Process:

1-step polishing with M205 and LC/CCS white pad (light touch... very little pressure)
IPA wipedown
Blackfire Wet Diamond
Z8 wipedown

Haha.... LOL! Here in KC, this is "Chevy Country". I go to a lot of car shows, and usually 60-75% of the cars are GM. If we were in Iowa, we'd be in "Ford Country"!

In my *Younger Days* I had the *Same SS* Only mine was
Red w/Black Racing Stripes[Factory] and Black *ahemm/cough*/ahh*
Pleather Interior...Honestly/:thumbup:
It had the Cowl Induction Hood w/the 4/Speed.I wish I'd still have it Today
.I love my 1989/Stang GT/HatchBack though which is Scarlette Red,though.
It's my 1st ever Brand New Car/:hurray:.And probably my last,too,lol.
This Black one you did is *Real Nice* thanx to your Expertise/.
Very Nice job,Bill and wish I had 1/3rd of your Talent,Sir.I do the best I can do,
which I'm proud w/the end results,but would jump up & down if I could have
the *Detail God* make me better.Again...Great Job.Take Care.
