Is there any possibility to use the pc as a polish like mothers aluminum polish for the rims? Could I apply that stuff on a polish pad or is it strictly for car paint?

I have some WaxMaster 7000 cheapy pep boys orbital buffer. Now I have recived this in a brand new box from one of my friends who has never used it before. I don't have the manual to it but im not sure on what the difference is between the pads that it comes with.... Anyone familiar with this one...
