who here has a bra

i am driving on vacation and am putting a bra on the car. i am going to wash the car and add another layer of wolfgang. they are calling for rain this weekend which sucks, and knowing my luck it will. is it ok to drive with the bra on ?? it will only be on for like 3 days, saving bugs and rock chips. should be ok right ??:nixweiss
 
we have a bra for our vette we only use for road trips. However, it is not recommended for use in rain, iv'e seen paint do funny funny things (bubble, etc) when a bra was on and it rained.





Maybe look into latex that you can cover the front end with. I know that's what the race car guys do. I haven't found a place that sells it but i've been looking cause I need to drive my hot rod up to reno in Aug and I would like something to protect it.
 
I purchased one for my outback wagon for the same reason. I think that it is fine if it rains on your trip, but take it off for when you arrive. I used it for the first time on a trip to a local amusement park and took it off when I got home and it worked like a champ. I it much easier wiping bugs off of the bra than using a polish to get them off of the paint.
 
i was thinking of taking some clay and some quick detailer for when i get there. if i do use it in the rain, and take it off when i get there, i can just do a quick clean up, right ??



can i use seran-wrap ( sp ?? ) inbetween the paint and bra ?

that might seem like it is out of left field but it is just a thought :nixweiss
