Where can I find this?

I don't know about that specific one but I've seen similar units just about every place that sells cleaning supplies. The ones at places like Target or Wal-Mart are usually smaller or lighter duty than the ones from a hardware store or janitorial supplier.



TOL has one with niches for 1qt. chemical bottles.
