UPP over MEGS 81

I plan on polishing my Truck with #81 And following up with a few coats of 4*upp over the next few days . My question is , Will 4*upp bond to #81,or do I need to rewash the truck again. Or polish with FP2 instead of #81. Whats the best way too go

#81 and UPP doesn't spring to mind as being an ideal combo IMO. Way too much in the way of oils in the #81, so you can almost be certain of bonding issues with the UPP... even if the UPP does bond, I'm sure the durability won't be as good as if you'd used something like AIO or 4*UPC as a base.



If you really want to use the #81, then I'd go with something like #16 as your next step.
