I was in a pinch and purchased some TW Bug and Tar Remover in the black spray bottle over the counter, to remove a bird deposit that had been on the car for about 2 days (car had been parked in the sun for approx 1/2 a day).
The product worked really well at removing the bird crap, but it appears to have left a faint cloudy or white haze where it was dwelling on the paint. I only let it sit for 60secs before removing as per the instructions. It is not etching from the bird droppings, it is definitely from the product due to the shape of the mark/stain.
What can I use to get this out? Products i have already: Autoglym SRP and Ultra Deep Shine, Meg's ScratchX, Duragloss AW, Some old megs polish (I think it's called Deep Crystal), Megs No Smear Glass Cleaner, Megs APC. I use Autoglym shampoo to wash.
Being in australia over the counter stuff is limited to Mothers, Megs, Turtlewax, EagleOne and Bowdens Own.
