Whats the best thing you have ever used for removing ground in dirt? Either car stuff or household.

Underneath my wheel arches the factory underseal stoneguard stuff is sprayed silver. It also has a fairly deep texture to it. Ive srubbed the wheel arches with autoglym machine cleaner and 75% of the muck has come off but theres still some dirt refusing to budge.

Is there anything i can use to spray under the arches that will dissolve the remaining muck loose enough to blast it with a jetwash?

I would suggest Simple Green, seems to move most things easily enough.

I would remove the wheel tho, incase it might damage rims?

Purple Power, Castrol Super clean, or if you want to go a step up over that, the foamy engine degreaser that comes in the aerosol cans and smells like gas. If that doesn't cut it, either try #0000 steel wool with the aformentioned foam, or a bug and tar sponge with the foam.
