Sonax Ceramic Spray Coating - ultra streaky :(

I picked up some Sonax Ceramic Spray Coating in the orange bottle as Sonax suggested it as a replacement for their BSD that I was told is discontinued.

My car is coated with Jescar Ultra Lock+ and this Sonax stuff made a messy streaky mess no matter how much, or little, I tried (neat). Tried it on a few panels with same results.

I then used some Sonax BSD I still have (cut with 1/2 water as I've always used it,) and all the streaks disappeared.

Think I should try the Ceramic Spray Coating cut with water as well? I was very disappointed with the application.

Thanks

I also has issues with Sonax Perfect Finish 4/6 polish as well this round. I used it instead of Profiline EX 04-06 on advice of Sonax as well, and it was a pita to use. It was a cloudy cool day but it still dried almost instantly and was a bugger to get off as it clumped into a dried up smudge I had to really put pressure on to wipe off. I wasn't able to polish with it and a foam pad on my G9, I had to go back to my Profiline EX 04-06 (which I had no issues with.)

So I guess I won't be taking the advice of the guys that run Sonax up here. I was hesitant to go with what they said as they didn't seem to know much of what I was talking about with theirs and similar products, they didn't seem to know what they were taking about even to me, who is no expert by any means...

I was talking with my neighbor tonight and showing him this stuff, and he pulled out a bottle of Sonax Ceramic Ultra Slick Detailer, and I realized the Sonax guys sold me the wrong stuff last fall!!! They linked the Detailer in the emails, but I got the Spray Coating when they sold it to me :(

I tried some of his Ultra Slick Detailer and no streaks.
