Should I Keep Going?

The other day I Dawned and clayed half my hood to test out my PC skills because I plan on doing the whole car this up and coming Sunday and wanted to see what my product would do.

I used SSR2.5 and Excel Green to start, working at speed 4 and then turning up to 6, this removed some swirls but not all. I moved up to 2.5 with Yellow pad and this seemed to remove barely any more swirls. I made about 5 passes over half my hood and quarter panel. This process removed some but not nearly all the swirls. Should i work slower and make more passes and see if this works or do I need a more aggressive approach to do anything more to them. I have no other products or pads at the moment so hopefully I can use what I have.

Help!

Thanks,

Kevin R. :bigups

My advice is to work on sections 2x2. You also may not be working it in long enough. I have not tried SSR 2.5 and don't know it's working time but 5 passes should have been enough, but like I said I have not tried SSR2.5
