Hello guys and gals,
I decided to layer a second coat to my beast today.
First I did a QD with Z6 to remove a small amount of dust. I used a lot of Z6 to make sure the surface was well lubriocated. I used one mf to clean and a second to buff off the remaining Z6.
Then I put as sma;; amount of Z2 on the entire car. I have a heated area so I set the heat at 65 and left it to dry.
After almost 4 hrs it was 90% dry so I decided to buff it off.
Next I used a high quality cotton towel to remove 80% of the polish. I used a little to much on the hood so it was not thouroughly dry. I manah=ged to get most of it off with the cotton towel.
Next I did a QD with Z6 and the MF elite.
The Mf picked up all of the remaining Z2 that was adhering to the finish. However, it didn't glide over the surface like the cotton towel. It seemd to drag.
Has anyone experienced this?
Why is this? I'm curious.
Anyway the car looks incredible under good lighting.
Cheers!
