Quick Chrome Detail Question

Hi there just wondering on my ford explorer how do i protect the chrome. Should i put wax on it or just use chrome polish or just leave it alone. Thanks in advance

After I polish my chrome, I put a layer of Menzerna FMJ sealant on it. It's optically clear, so it allows the true brilliance of the chrome to come through while still adding a measure of protection. Really, the main reason to put an LSP on chrome is to aid clean up (especially wheels with brake dust).

I always put a sealant over the polish, makes it easier to keep clean. I seal the my chrome wheels every other wash since it doesn't last as long because of the heat from the brakes.
