Anyone try substituting another QD instead of Wax as u dry with QEW when you are drying ? I had Clearkote's quik shine in mind, wondering if anyone has tried this with QEW and spary it on before you wipe the panel dry? To me Wax as u dry is a wax:o so if your using a topper that is carnuba its great but to my understanding QS does not contain wax so I use it on cars that have sealants only. Am I off?:nixweiss Thanks :)

I have added a few things myself.

I didn't like the WAUD added to the mix, it seemed to make the car a bit harder to dry. Maybe I mixed too heavily(I used an ounce).

S&W is a nice addition

Final inspection works really well and I use it most of the time. It has no silicone and I can buy it locally by the gallon.

Mothers showtime works

EO wet n wipe works

Meg's consumer QD works

FWIW, I am not sure that any QD can do much at the level of dilution that we are talking about, but I like knowing that they are in there.

:p

Just to make sure we are on the same page, I was meaning spraying the panel with a QD after you wipe it with QEW and its still wet similar to what everybody has been tryin' with Wax as u dry? Thanks Guys:xyxthumbs

Yeah you dont want to add the WAUD to the wash bucket.

Sure I've QD'd while drying, it helps but the results aren't as good as with the WAUD.
