pc purchase, available as a package???

I need a new job
Hey Everyone, I'm looking to purchase the pc7424. I have looked and maybe I'm just blind, but do any of the sponsors here offer a complete package. I'm very new to the game and am looking for something that already has everything included which I believe are pads, backling plate, and a counterweight (is that right???)
 
Was I right in saying that a counterweight is required??? If switching to a different size backing plate and pad, is a new weight required?

Let's see if I remember this correctly....the 7424 comes with a 4oz. counterweight, which is suitable for 5" backing plates and less. The 7336 comes with a 5oz. counterweight, which is suited for 6" & lower backing plates. If you get the 7424, you should probably get the bigger counterweight as well if you choose to get the bigger backing plate. Dwayne can hook you up on all of this as well as give you more information on the matter. PAC

You could always use the CW that's in the 7424 with a larger backing plate, I just think that the vibration will be more noticeable on the higher speeds.
 
I just looked at the porter cable website and their description of the 7336sp and the 7424 is exactly the same. Anyone prefer one over the other?

They are the same machine, just the different counterweight sizes as mentioned above. No other differences to my knowledge.
