PC 7424 vs. PC 7336SP

What is the difference between PC 7424 and the PC 7336SP? I was at Lowes today and they had the PC 7336Sp but not the 7424. I wanted to find out the difference in the 2 oin my own instead of having someone who probably has no clue about it. BTW...its only $99!!! compared to $129-140 all over the internet. I would just need the backing plate and pads from PAC hone:

What I know for sure. The 7336 has the 6" counter weight. It is what I have and with the backing plate and pad kit, you should be good to go.

The larger counterweight in the 7336 is the only difference that I know of.
