Ok I know its a dumb question, but

If you have a 3:1 ratio to mix I know its 3 parts water to 1 part product. Does that mean that if I am mixing 32oz then I do 8 oz of product and 24oz water. Keep the dumb jokes to a minimum please.

Yes. You have it right. 24oz. water + 8 oz. product = 32 oz. total diluted product.

The bottle I bought from Home Depot had marks on the side for dilution ratios. Of course, I discovered them after i mixed up my own guesstimate.
