New shoes and Months Later

OK,

since I live in Illinois, detailing is not really year round for me, so I do not have too much to post during the winter months.

But we did get a slight break in the weather this past week, ( although we are getting hit with snow and ice right now )

I got new wheels for the camaro which has been sitting patiently in the garage. The jeep on the other hand, sits outside and has been through rain, snow, salt, and mud.

Waxed the Jeep with CMW in November, and it's had numerous ONR washes,

so here are 2 quick pics of how it looks, still after the elements and 3 months

And for the Camaro, its only seen dust, since my car cover is less than ideal. Multiple applications of VM and WG, last applied in October, and Only 1 ONR wash on New Years Day. But more importantly, new "shoes" :grinno:

reflectivity is b.a.! it looks like you have a snow decal on the side of your car...lol do you live in the city or suburbs?

Very nice! Looks like CMW is holding up well so far.

After seeing the rear tires, it is pretty obvious why the Camaro isn't your winter daily driver!

thanks guys,

Just got another spurt of winter last night,

can't wait for spring time, to brush up on the rides,

I'm going to order some 4in pads from CMA to use on the jeep

put some rock gaurd on your lwr qtr panel.. my bfg drags have beaten my qtrs quite badly by kicking up rocks as such. they are sticky!
