So i was detailing my engine bay and i forgot the car was a little warm i sprayed the degreaser like i always do and it left what looks like water sports on my polished supercharger and intake piping. I have tired to take it out with NXT and Mothers Metal Polish still no luck. Please Help!!! :(

You may have to step up to a more aggresive polish. I would try the mothers powerball as some peeps on here have used with great success. If that doesn't work, you may need more abrasive polish. You can find aluminum polish compounds at Home Crappo in the tool aisle. You may wanna buy a 2 wheels or so for your drill. If that polish doesn't work, the only thing left I would think would be to try to wetsand the blower with 2000 grit working your way up to 3000 then follow up with the above polishing methods.

The above is only applicable providing the blower isn't cleared which I don't believe it

should be.

If you ar eon the M forums you must know IllM3 even though he recently sold his sick M!

If you dare removing the pipe, go polish it on a metal polishing wheel. I did that for my Starex van's aluminium piping and rubbed them with Meg's chrome & Metal polish before mounting them back. They look like mirrors....

Thanks guys i will try out the powerball first.

Looks like a good product. Can i use this on my polished wheel lip as well?

Because they are a pain in the *** to clean as well.

Diesel1 yes i know Martin...his car was very nice.
