Tractor Detailer
2003 Toyota Tundra 50,000 miles today :aww: Detail has been long overdue for bragging. I wanted a more "trucky" look so I went with a 3" suspention lift and 33" tires on my old 20" rims. I dont do a whole lot of offroading, but some, so the tires are better than my old street tires. I love the new look and hope others like it also.

Process was:

Wash w/ Duragloss

Clay w/ clay Magic

Polish paint glass wheels w/ Optimum Polish on PC

Paint, glass, wheels, chrome got 2 coats of Z-5 PRO and Z-8

Tires got Megs Hot Shine Foam, trim got Megs trim detailer

Frame and undercarrage cleaned with Duragloss Truck Cleaner and Dressed with WET shine by No-Touch.

Interior got

Vacume

LGCM with woolite 10:1

303 and IG on windows and dash.

That looks great!!! Where did you find the white gauges? Were they hard to install?

I could only dream that my undercarriage looked that clean. I drive about 3K per month, so my Tundy is not always as clean as I would like.

Guages are Nu-Image. Not hard to install, but hard to get the needles set right.

I drive about 1200 miles a month, once you keep some dressing on the underparts, any dirt just washes off. I apply the undercarrage dressing about once a month, takes about half a can, and about 5 min to apply.

Oh man that lift kit makes your truck look sweet. And those tires just really top it all off. Great looking truck, very nice and clean.

Great truck, great look, and I thought my door jambs were clean?! That undercarriage is impressive no doubt... :2thumbs:

Where did you get the wheels? Lift kit? Did you install the lift yourself? Difficult? I'm looking to do the same to my Pathfinder. I've been looking for wheels for awhile, and I think the wheels you have look great on that trucK!

I will sell anything for the right price!

The wheels I got from Enkei of Florida for $900 a set. The lift is from Toytech and I put it on myself in about 3hrs for $200. Not bad for 3" lift.

Thanks for the kind words everyone :)

Oh what I wouldn't give to be able to detail my car's undercarriage so easily like that...with easy access to the inside tire wall. That Meg's Hot Shine'd tires look very impressive...they buffed out to a great satin finish.
