Today I called PAC to order some Edge 2000 Pads and later in day,thinking not for sure if one of the pads ordered,was the one I wanted or needed.Calling Dwayne back in the afternoon and checking order (already sent) we found one of the pads wasn't the correct one..With all my talking and own confusion,my fault.
However,Dwayne without missing a beat said he would send the pad at no extra charge.Now how gracious is that
..It's the wisdom of this customer service that keeps us coming back.
