my detailing trial

i just got my PC and my products in yesterday and decided to do a trial on my 98 neon, full of swirls and scratches since i had never atempted detailing before ...

i used optimun compound x2 orange cutting pad
optimum polish x2 white polishing pad
vanilla moose x2 black finnishing pad

Great work! It's interesting that the two worst cases of swirls that I have ever seen were both on Neons. You did good work on it! Now make sure they don't come back by avoiding using brushes at car washes or drying with coarse or ineffective towels. If you are already avoiding those then you are doing well. :bigups
 
thanks .. your so right .. getting it nice is half the battle .. keeping it that way is the other half ...

i only did a test spot on my winter car .. neon ..
ill do a full detail on my red 02 turbo grandprix in the spring .. thatll give me a chance to read up on proper continuing car care
