Leather Repair...

A small hole (1/8" diameter) has worn in the leather seat of my car.

It is at belt level, on the side "bolster", so I assume that the hole was caused from leather against leather friction over it's 38,000 mile life, from my belt rubbing against the bolster each time I enter and exit the car.

QUESTION:

How can a small hole in leather be repaired, short of having the seat re-covered.

yes, it can be repaired. but i need to see pix before i tell you which way to repair it. i repair burn holes, rips, tears, etc.. on leather all the time.

I'm on a project site right now, but I'll be home on Friday. I'll take some pics and post them for you.

Thanks for the response.
