Holy crap! My order from Autogeek came frozen!>

Did anyone else run into this problem? I was in on the 15% deal and when I received my products everything had dew on it and my OP (Optimum Polish) and OHC are in liquid form. Literally liquid no viscosity and also my tire dressing has chunks of ice in it. Wonder *** happened ot my order. Time to contact Autogeek

I still got chunks of ice in my gallon of tire dressing... I'm curious where my package has been.... All none liquid products such as my pads and towels and brush are fine.

Well, UPS trucks are not climate controlled, so your weather will decide if your liquids arrive as solids.

Well interestingly this is the first time I've ever had any dew or frozen products come to me from UPS before.

my hair wax came frozen from USPS.....haha
