Gravel Driveways

Part of my driveway is gravel and in the summer time it is dusty most of the time. It makes it really hard to keep my car clean for any length of time.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so is there anything I can do to help it?

Thanks, :)

Personally, I would advise against any "dusting" or qd'ing of the car in between washes to combat the dust. Better to live with it than risk marring the finish. Only thing I can suggest would be to park in the garage if you have one, and drive extremely slow on the driveway to minimize the dust kicked up. Getting the driveway paved is another possibility?

Some have suggested using California Car Duster after a durable wax such as Collinite 845 has been applied.

I would be very careful with it as I know for a fact that the CCF mars my paint finish!

I have been looking into HD Free Waterless Wash but I am not sure if this is as safe as it purports to be.

The only true option you have at this point is to use something anti-static such as FK 2180 and FK 425 on the car, and use water based dressings on tires/trim. It wont attract dust as bad on either surface. Other than that, pave the driveway.
