First bath for the Mustang in four months

Hey folks. This car has been sitting at campus for four months. Got a treatment of EX/845 before the winter, and it was still half beading today.



Process...



Gilmour w/ Gold Class Pre Wash

NXT Two Bucket Wash



No Polishing/LSP, im waiting till saturday to do the full detail. You can see what a toll the winter/acid rain does on paint. Even after washing, theres still water etching from the acid Even worse is all the contaminants on the paint. It feels like sand paper :angry

Optimum Polish will hopefully take care of it on my next day off for a full detail.
 
idk if OP is gonna take care of that water etching, ford paint isnt the softest. Might wanna try OC on an orange pad, well u can always try OP/white first and see what happens then do OC/orange

If it werent for one of those crazy cell phone commercials promoting text messaging...i wouldnt know what your "IDK" meant. Now i know.
 
haha sorry about that whisky i keep forgetting this is a bit of an older male forum, not like my car forum where people are usually 21 and DOWN
