Today I've received a lot of products, new polishers from 1Z, P21S CW, Connoly, Platinum UPP, 3M SMR, Lexol Leather care and 303 UV protect. And also a lot of aplicators, towels, brushes.... ;)

You should email to top of the line. I have talked to the owner, she has been in the business for approx 15 yrs and is very nice/helpful individual. They also have one of the best website for helping startup detailing company like yours. It may be worth it:up.

holy crap! :eek: That is an awesome order! Add some Zaino, ,Klasse, blackfire and souveran and it would be perfect!
 
Call who you ordered it from and see whats up.



After 7 dyas I get antsy about shipping. I know if I was you I'd be ripping somone a new one.
 
I did so, they said they'd start an insurance investigation and that it'd take a while :down I've already asked for a new one, but so far nothing :mad:
 
Dont forget, all the big couier firms electronically tag packages and ask for a signature on delivery (Proof of Delivery). Ask the company whom you oreder from to check with the company as to where and when it was delivered. If they dont have a PoD, the courier have lost it - which is fine, then it is an issue for the insurance company and the sender can reship your order.
