Anyone Know How??

I am trying to put a pic on my avatar...but they are too big.



Anyone know how to take a pic, that say is 500 by 250 pixels and compress it down to 80 x 80??? Help would be appreciated. My avatar is getting boring to me, I need a nice ferrari pic in there!! Thanks:bow :xyxthumbs

I use a program called acdsee it is great at editing and resizing photos you can get it at download.com

go http://www.xat.com and download the image optimizer its free and you can make your pic smaller
