Any members work for Ford or Mercury?

I was wondering if any members work for a Ford or Mercury dealership. My wife has a 2008 Mercury Mountaineer. We lost the extra key a while ago. The lease is up in 6 months and I need a new key and alarm remote. Also could use a set of the chrome wheel covers that come with the chrome package. You will be hosed if you only have 1 working key. You need 2 working to program another yourself. If you only have 1 working key, a dealer or locksmith will have to program another. The FOB + Keys can be had on ebay, but your taking a chance. I recently bought one for my Chrysler, and it was ~$200 for the key (remote built-in) + programming from the dealer. My dealer only charged $35 labor for the programming.
