Situation: Black G35 parked in garage. Nearly swirl free, but has alot of random of random scratches.

Problem: I can't get the deeper scratches out, and new ones (however small) are coming up from people in parking lots, purses, etc.

Diagnosis: OCD detailer with an inability to remove major defects.

I will never, ever purchase a black car.

I have some menzerna polish (final polish II and intensive, don't know the P/Ns), Sonus SFX pads (4" and 6") & polishes used via PC.

You need something more aggressive. I once was forced to use 106ff as my sole polish (Don't ask) to fully detail a black 350Z and I was able to do it with a FLEX and PFW. It took 3 passes.

It sucked.

Try something like SIP and some Meguiar's yellow polishing pads or maybe Lake Country white or orange.

The paint is fairly easy to work on, but I think you are just using too gentle of products.
