O.K.

I will be the first one to criticize my own work, and this time will be no different.

It was a last minute idea when i was changing the oil, so I decided to "touch-up" a paint chip.

Just had a new front bumper painted and installed on the DD sentra. One day while washing I found a chip and the paint started to flake off. I had some paint mixed at my previous job, but once i applied it to the car, it was darker

anyways, i used more paint than the "chip" size, and maybe alittle too much. But, that is why they call it trial and error.

The paint dried overnight but i did not get a chance to wetsand for about a week.

Wetsanded with 2000 grit, and made the new paint smooth.

That also sat like that for about a week or so. Today i washed the car and polished / waxed.

Polished with IP via PC seting 6 with a yellow cma cutting pad. Waxed with OCW.

here are a few pics, before / during / after.

Like i said not the best that i can do but for a quick job on my DD, eh, not sooo bad,

better than the paint flaking / chipping off.

I'm working on my friends brothers grand am, this week, so i'll make sure to take pictures of that one as well. I detailed it a couple months ago,
