I've got a 1963 Chevy Nova with original paint, single stage. I've been using Meguiars products mainly. I've washed, clayed, paint cleaned, polished and waxed, usually will do this once a year and then maintain with their "Last Touch" detail spray. The car looks good from 10 ft away, but closer inspection shows the problems. Wondering if there's anything I might try that will help with the "splotches" in the paint. At the moment, only have my hands to do the work. I'm thinking of buying a "dual action" machine, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
