Dad's Truck

My dad's truck is a 1991 Chevy Silverado w/130,000 miles. It gets washed when it rains and he has me "clean it up" once a year or so.

The truck got:

DACP W/cutting pad on "6"
#82 SFP/polishing pad on "6"
and NXT finishing pad x2 "4.5-5" (hurray..finally got some at Advanced Auto Parts)
The tire and tannau cover were treated with Megs #40

The first pic is a 'half & half' on side just washed, the other got DACP

Glad it worked for you, I was thinking one day (a rare and scary thing) most of the stuff I use is oil based (one way or another) and I when saw the bottle in the laundry room, the OIL in Murphey's Oil Soap jumped out at me. Well the gears started grinding and I tried it out :bigups

Trucks are tough. Thier job exposes them to scratches and dings, yet you want to make them look like new. It's tough battle, but it looks like you won this round. Great Work.
