PC Backing Plate

Does anyone know where to get a backing plate for the PC 7424?

I am in Canada so I cannot get from CMA, and I cannot find one on meguiars site(although I saw it in the catalogue at the autobody shop near me)

I ordered it locally but it has been 3 weeks and its still not here so I am looking for alternatives.
