Ultima Test Video

Ok, bit of an experiment here - broke out the 'Detailing Cam' today, so that you folks could see how Ultima performs after it's been on a car for a while.

I used the '04 Passat, which has been outside 24x7 since the Ultima was applied 25 days ago, and was last washed 2 weeks ago.

Video is Quicktime - so you'll need that installed if you don't have it already.

Still using Version 07 of iMovie HD - haven't had the time to rush to the Mac store for 08 yet!

some nice beading....is that only 1 coat of ultima? how did you apply it? wipe on and walk away? I made the mistake of buffing my 1st layer after 1 hour.

1 layer applied with the MF applicator that came with the product.

I did buff out some streaks after one hour - not that much, just a few spots - then I left it to cure as suggested.
