Ok, NC Detail Fest, June 30th!

Ok, we have decided upon a date for a little NC detail fest. I can offer up my shop, it's a 60x40 a/c'd shop with a wash bay and can fit 2 trucks and one small car comforatably.

I have a pressure washer, air compressor, 90psi water spigot, shop vac, PC, Makita, alot of products, and a fridge.

I was thinking about getting together around 9:00-10:00am and having a session for about 3-4hrs.

I think, like delikid, we should just bring some new products that each of us cant do without and try them out on a car. I think I can have a voulunteer truck here for us to practice my foam gun, rotary work, new polishes and sealants. I think deilkid was thinking about gettting Mike from Meg's to come or something like that?

Any other details can be added, we need a list of people that are coming and I can post up directions to my place if that is where we decide on having it at.

My place is in Youngsville, NC. About 15 min from Wake Forest, 30min from Central Raleigh, 45min from Durham etc.

* one note to all you who are planning to come out: this is not like going to Mama's/ Grandma's for Christmas - don't just "show up."

Please don't put the burdon on Brandon to provide food and drinks and all that. He's has offered up a location and the H2O and electricity and a possible test vehicle.

Please bring your own "refreshments". And you're more than welcome to bring for others, as well, given that Brandon's place has a kitchen area, too.

Brandon does have a cool shop, I will build one like it someday! I like the idea of bringing your "must have" products, I also will bring some that I tried but moved to something else - maybe we could do some trading?

Yeah, definatly, trading would be nice. I think my test vehicle would either be a 2004 Chevy with bunches of swirls, or a 2005 OX56 with minimal swirls.
