Polycharger for Sprays (H20)

Polycharger for Sprays (Polycharger H20)

Description

This product is a polymer additive designed to work with most detail sprays and water-based acrylic sealant products (i.e., Klasse Sealant Glaze). This product is designed to:

1. Give detailing sprays true protection and gloss enhancing capabilities
2. Improve acrylic sealant durability, application (ease of use) and slickness

Note: The benefit this additive provides varies with each product.
Note: This product can only be used with water-based products. Manufacture products tested include:

- Sonus
- Ultimate
- Zymol
- Mothers
- Optimum
- Meguiar’s
- Poorboys
- Blackfire
- Zaino (not Z8)
- Eagle1
- Wolfgang
- Menzerna
- Turtlewax
- Chemical Guys (excluding full synthetic spray)

This product works by adding powerful water-based polymers to systems that can benefit from Polycharger’s unique technology (UV protection, gloss enhancers, detergent/salt resistant finish). Mixing does not change the shelf life of the original product.

Mixing Instructions

Polycharger for Sprays is provided in a glass pharmaceutical bottle (blue) with an eye dropper stem and a rubber bulb closure. Each depression of the rubber bulb fills the dropper stem approximately 50%. This is “one dose” of Polycharger for Sprays.

For sprays, mix 4-6 doses per 16 ounce bottle of spray.

For Klasse Sealant Glaze, use a 4 ounce mixing bottle (provided). Fill the mixing bottle half full with Sealant Glaze (2 ounces). Apply 4 doses of Polycharger, cap the mixing bottle and shake thoroughly. Adding Polycharger H20 to Klasse Sealant Glaze does not reduce shelf life.

Usage

Follow sealant manufacturer’s application instructions.

Testing

Coming…

Also, can the Polycharger H20 be used for spraywaxes, like OCW and Aquawax?

If you know the chemical makeup of the trim protectant you can add Polycharger to it. However, you may or may not get the results you desire. We are developing a Polycharger specifically for tire dressing and VLRP products, like 303 Aerospace. I hope to have samples in November.

BnB???

I have not tried AIO. I suspect it will require the Polycharge for Sealants. I will mix it here and let you know so you don't waste your product.

David,

The above instructions for the KSG mixture says to fill the provided mixing bottle (2oz) half way with KSG and then mix 4 doses of Polycharger H20. This would mean 1oz of KSG to 4 doses of PC-H20. However, the bottles I received are 4oz bottles rather than 2oz bottles. So is the correct mixture 2oz of KSG to 4 doses of PC-H20 or 1oz of KSG to 4 doses of PC-H20? What has me confused is the mention of filling the bottles halway.

Thanks

Yep, fill the bottles half way with the correct dosage of polycharger. This makes for better / easier mixing.

Sorry about that... the mixing bottles are 4 oz. Fill with 2 ounces of KSG.

With KSG, you can actually fill the bottle to the top because there's no mixing problem (KSG is very thin and the Polycharger H2O mixes with a couple shakes).
