i need a pros help (pics)

Ok.on sunday i washed my car and all was well.then today i go out and see this.it has to be the clear bubbling up although i thought i had a SS paint since i get a little bit of dead paint on my applicator (mainly from the door trim)but i guess not.do i have to have it striped and repainted or can i use an abrasive polish to get the bad clear off and then use a sealer on it?i have a PC with Sonus DAS pads.i noticed i have very small spotd on my roof too.i just cant belive it happen do quick.the car is only 5 years old and bathed every week.i was soooo pissed when i came out and seen it.anyway i appreciate your help in advance.

Looks like clearcoat failure. Sorry, your going to have to re-paint, if you want it to be back to normal. You can wait till it get's worse though.
 
It looks like CC failure. Which would mean that you can't repair it simply by polishing...it would require repainting to completely fix.

You've also got some nasty hard water spots on the bumper there....get those off before they etch into the paint.
 
na no mako fo sho.abd i have not washed it since sun. and it rained every day but today.some of those spots are the CC failure and some are a mixture of water and dirt.i have a coat of 1Z glanz so those waterspots just dissapear when i wash it.like i said it didnt look like this sun.i just got my 7424 so i will use it on the swirl marks and what not sun.anyway thanks for your quick responces.
