I find it hard to believe that you had no undesirable results, even little nusances, from at least one of these products evaluated. I could be wrong, but this review isn't very helpful. I could go to the website and figure this stuff out. And it's a shame, because I was looking into purchasing some Chemical Guy's stuff for next years detailing season ( yeah I'm reentering the game).

I have several to add . . .

CG’s Extreme Synthetic Spray Detailer - slick, great lubricity for clay, high gloss, and streak-free. Looks fantastic on dark colors! This QD does not play well in hot environments, i.e. open sun. The smell is not too good either.

CG’s EXTREME BodyWash & Synthetic Wax/Gloss Enhancer – very good cleaner, though in my opinion is a bit too harsh on LSP’s. Gloss is mediocre and lubricity does not fare well. I’m not sure where the ‘wax’ is either . . . after rinsing a panel, the water did not roll nor sheet like boutique brands.

CG’s PREMIUM BLUE WHEEL AND RIM CLEANER – (in actuality Warner’s Premium Blue APC) is excellent. First and foremost, it’s an effective, acid-free way of removing heavy brake dust wheels. It’s also one of the most potent degreasers I’ve used. When applied 50/50 with water to lower panels covered in tar and dirt, a quick rinse and light wash is all that’s needed. No more scrubbing, repeat washing . . . simply allow to penetrate for several minutes and wash. Done.

CG’s PINE FRESH SCENT Air Freshener – it’s OK. Initially smells very good, very clean. Though it cannot be applied to carpets and upholstery . . . leaves an oily residue which turns brown over several months and attracts lint.

Thanks for the feedback, but I agree with Sean (GSRStilez).

In order to convey product characteristics, etc., much more information is needed. Application and removal techniques and ease of use, durability, maintainability, subjective measures (ie. slickness and gloss), comparisons, etc.

Is that a written guarantee?
I ordered sometime before 11/2 ( that was the ship date) received a partial order on the 7th...received partial..i was billed for whole order....called Tues the 8th, was told the dont conduct business that day someone would call tomorrow..a week later after no return call I called back and was told...without them ever asking who I was..that mine was the only order shorted......I am still waiting. One product I did receive has one name on the label and a part number for another product.
In that time I have receiced three different orders from Werkstatt...(within three days of placing and perfectly wrapped), one from Superior, one from Autopia and one from DreamDetailers.
I can guarantee I am not satisfied.

That is weird, I got mine in a day! Really. And if I were you I would call and ask to talk to Paul, he is a good guy and I'm sure will make things right. Let him know what happened and he will take care of ya. I bought some cotton towels from him (for door jambs, under hood, interior, etc) and when he sent me a follow up email aking about what I thought of everything, I told him I liked everything I tried, but thought the cotton towels would be a little more plush, he responded telling me to wash then first and if I still dont like them, he will refund my $. Well I then did wash them and they are definitly a lot better, very nice, soft and plush for cotton.

BTW CGs have a satisfaction guarantee as seen on there site.
