The simplicity of Zaino

Please know that I have never posted to the click and brag section. I'm not here to tell you about how many layers or how many hours it took to make my truck look like this. In fact, just the opposite. This is my 2005 Tundra. I gave it a light polish 8 months ago. I have not washed it in 6 weeks and we've had some seriously nasty weather here in MA. In fact, we are only one inch away from setting a historic record of the most snowfall of any December in history. Finally, I took it to a touch less car wash and sprayed Stoners more shine less time on the tires. Total time invested was about 11 minutes. The truck has only one coat of Zaino Z-5 that I applied 8 months ago after the polishing. When a simple wash can make a vehicle look this good after months of neglect. I think it's safe to say that Zaino is worthy of the hype it receives. Click on the photo after it opens to make it bigger.

That looks excellent Patrick. It's amazing on how long zaino lasts and how great it still looks after many long months of NE weather. I still can't believe on how well it holds up in the salt.

Re: The simplicity of Zaino

the trick is having a glossy car and not letting it stay dirty for more than a few days at a time imo

looks good none the less

Re: The simplicity of Zaino

Looks really good.

I'd agree, Zaino can be very simple to use but some of its biggest proponents seem to over-complicate it the most when people ask about it. You don't need every single Z product and eleventy billion layers to get a quality detail with Zaino. I've found that ZAIO + Z5 (non ZFX'ed) maintained by Z8 is a very simple process that takes no more time than any other product line.

Re: The simplicity of Zaino

Scott, I absolutely agree. the Zaino number system was probably created to simplify things. However, on a forum like this, I think it actually confuses more than it helps. I found no need to ZFX or put multiple layers down. In fact, I sold my ZFX in the trading post to another forum member.
