newbie with a new pc and Aviator.......

I have been reading for a while and plan to start my first detail this weekend with the following..



1. clay kit

2. Optimum Polish

3. FMJ

4. PC with orange and black pads.



question is would a dawn wash after polish be good enough (for oil residues) or should I do the alchohol wipe down?

All suggestions appreciated, Im very nervous to use pc on my Aviator ....Thanks :grinno:

You don't need to do a Dawn wash OR an alcohol wipe-down. Any wax or anything that is on the paint will be removed by the polish.



Don't be worried about the PC. It's just a harmless little toy.
